They’re very flexible with scheduling, have a great organizational system, & are really good with communication. They also have opportunities outside of the hourly work to make extra money!
Lower scores are for the team lead who tries to get people to land contracts with venues that he can take credit/get paid for. I would suggest they hire an actual account manager to avoid this. Team leads & BAs shouldn’t be responsible for those contracts.
They answered questions in a timely manner, communicated expectations clearly and gave me the support needed to succeed.
The people were great to work with and they paid timely.
