ATN is solid agency. They have quality managers, leads and BAs. The online portal is easy to use but gigs seem to appear randomly & most times you have to track down confirmations. However, I still enjoy working for them. Fast pay / direct deposit.
Trying to pick up parking passes was a bit difficult because the team lead had no knowledge of the race track or parking lot locations - so that was frustrating. Besides that, great communication from ATN and the brand was very fun to represent.
ATN booking account managers are always setting you up to succeed providing you with all details so you can do your work as a BA. They always pay within 3 weeks sometimes 2!!! They always take care of their brand ambassadors!
ATN is a reputable agency. Their booking agents are helpful. The booking portal is good for finding for gigs. However, the confirmation process is a bit sluggish & requires a bit more intentional follow up. Direct deposit is quick (2 weeks)

The on site manager for the VISA client and the team lead for ATN Promos were great to work with. We were will informed. They planned plenty of time for training and setup. We were empowered to be professional AND to have fun. ATN pays within 3 weeks
Good booking, lots of opportunities, great staff! This was my first promo experience and it was so great I never quit doing them!
I've worked for ATN multiple times but this event was disappointing. I let ATN know BEFORE I was hired for the event that I would be late and they said that was fine because they were desperate for BA's. They then deducted my pay for being late.
Really easy event. Communication with the agency was great and payment was fast.
Amazing staff. Loved this and would work it again anytime.
