Hiring company allowed BA’s to show up when they felt like it with out being sent home. Didn’t have a back up the second day. Extremely labor intensive but was never told that prior to booking. Booking agent non responsive to staff and client.
Last minute changes from client at event caused a stressful morning while setting up, but overall the day ran smoothly. BA staff was kept 15 minutes past scheduled time at departure. On-site management could have been more prepared.
Manager on site wasn’t able to plan out breaks forcing employees to take the reins to ensure that breaks were given. Manager was really distracting starting and stopping workers constantly and even was not paying attention to all of staff
Was booked for 12hrs but client realized that they would only need one ba after first shift so I was told I was done after one day, so that was disappointing.
ATN communicated well from booking to event completion with the exception of unpaid breaks. Unpaid breaks are fine as long as BAs know at the time of booking. Other than that, the client, the event and the onsite team were great to work with.
Very fun event and the staff is nice and helpful and there for you!
The TL should have been not so abrasive, and more in tune as to what was going on.
Everything went pretty smoothly. Was a fun and lucrative experience
I was told I would be working 5hrs for sure and was made back up on site because I had to sweet talk security because I didn’t have proper credentials to enter the parking lot. When I arrived I was not late but I arrived last to my knowledge. 40flat
Hugo was nice and concise in his texts and emails. At site management was really lovely. They were very sweet to me and the lead bought me food from the state fair because, “You were really awesome!” That was above and beyond!
Puma was really nice to work for because they provided snacks for me to distribute during staff training and provided us with head to toe Puma gear that we got to keep! My ATN manager was nice and prompt during text conversations.
