Onsite client/manager changed the meeting location an hour before start time (which was 20 mins farther) and wanted me to notify all 20 + staff while driving a car. She also wanted to cut our pay due to a storm coming in.
Communication could have been better. However, I would still lead an event for ATN
The communication from the company was excellent leading up to and during the event. Afterwards, there was a breakdown. There needs to be a fully outlined timetable for a transparent compensation policy.
Advertised as a bike race and then find out two days before the event that it was a children's event. They were not upfront about this beforehand.
I’m not sure if I would work for this company again because communication with the company completely breaks down after an event and they don’t have a true and transparent payment policy so you’re left to wonder when and if you are going to get paid.
