What does this company do well?

Consistent and Great communication, staffing process and overall attentiveness. The on-site clients were also VERY amazing, caring and supportive to the entire staff ! Look fwd to working with both this agency AND the client in the future! =)

Eleven8 is by far one of the best companies I have had the privilege of working with. Management is superb and very communicative and prepares you perfectly for each and every event. team leads and captains are very professional, Hands-On and very supportive. Eleven8 is very selective with B.A.s

What can this company improve?

being a national company's with events all over the nation I only wish Eleven8 had more events in Florida. everything else is seamless

What does this company do well?

Great team and made us feel right at home. Loved the upper management as they were very helpful.

What can this company improve?

Everything was great . Maybe better scheduling on how breaks are took but it wasn't even bad.

Communication was good. I knew exactly where to report the day of and who to report to. Instructions were clear and straightforward. Any questions I had, the lead, Rachael, answered quickly and to the best of her ability.

What can this company improve?

The specific company and product information should be sent out more in advance. I did not get this information until just a few hours prior to the start of the event. I prefer to have this information at least a day or two in advance so I don't feel rushed to learn the info.
